However, our true specialization lies in affordable multi-family housing where we have successfully completed more than 3,000, new construction housing units to date.
Frerichs Construction maintains strong in-house capabilities, regularly self-performing critical scopes of work such as rough carpentry, and finish carpentry. Over the past 5 years we have averaged an annual construction volume of $140 million, a testament to our consistent performance and capacity to handle projects of varying complexities and scales.
