Our President and CEO, Chris Zuspann, started at Frerichs Construction in 1993 as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager. As of 2013, Chris has been leading the company along with Chad Olson, our Vice President. Chad came up through the ranks starting at Frerichs in 1996, as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager. Chad has been Frerichs’ Vice President since 2013.

With Chris and Chad’s leadership, Frerichs Construction continues to flourish and grow every day. We are a community driven company and take pride in our work, our families, and our community.
