Cathedral Hill, located in the historic Cathedral Hill District of St. Paul, was an interior and exterior renovation of an historic, 7 building, 60 unit apartment development. The renovation had a 100% restoration of the brick façade with new windows and roofs. New entries, cabinets, flooring and light fixtures were included, along with new plumbing fixtures, a parking lot replacement, common area painting and new camera system. The project was financed through MHFA and utilized historic tax credits. The project was completed in six months and was renovated while fully occupied. The development is owned by Commonbond Communities of St. Paul.
