Built in the heart of Holland Neighborhood of Northeast Minneapolis, this stunning complex consists of two separate buildings that have 64 – 1 bedroom; 32 – 2 bedroom; and 22 – 3 bedroom units, for a total of 118 units. Both buildings being constructed with very high energy standards in mind; one of the buildings was built to Energy Star for Homes Standards and the other was built to Passive House Institute U.S. (PHIUS) standards. The PHIUS building was the first of its kind built as a multi-family housing facility within our climate region. Both buildings share a solar PV system to enhance the energy savings for the property.
Complimenting both buildings is a center courtyard that includes a very nice outdoor patio area, community playground, as well as a dog run on the edge of the property. A community sidewalk cuts through the middle of the buildings from one end of the property to the other allowing the public to enjoy the art pieces that have been created by local Holland Neighborhood artists.
