Owasso Gardens

Owasso Gardens is a 3-story, 60 unit, wood framed apartment building located in Roseville, MN.  The 60 units are made up of one and two bedroom floor plans.  Frerichs Construction self-performed the finish carpentry and the Versetta Stone installation.  Amenities include community room, laundry on each floor, advantage service center, community room patio with an aluminum trellis, community garden area and pickle ball court.  The project was completed in 10 months.
