Fitzgerald Flats is a new 4-story, 53 unit, wood framed affordable housing project located in Forest Lake, MN.  Frerichs Construction self-performed the rough and finish carpentry scopes of work on this project.  Amenities include playground, sun shades, basketball court, computer lab, community room, and fenced in patio with aluminum trellis.  The ideal project location for a family in Forest Lake with access to public transportation and the Forest Lake YMCA.
