The project started with a clean slate as the owner had a vision of a new start for this 35 unit townhome complex located off Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan. Interior work was a complete remodel that featured new floor plans and upgraded finishes. The exterior remodel featured a new architectural design for each of the 5 buildings. Site improvements included new asphalt parking lots, monument sign and storage facilities throughout the property. As the unit renovation was completed, the phased re-occupancy brought a sense of community to the project.
